I love that I have 36 colors in such a petite package. The package itself is very durable and all of my shadows are still intact even after being tossed around my big purses. The seller did note that colors vary...I received one with lots of pinks, purples, golds and neutrals. The shadows themselves are very shimmery..almost a metallic finish. My package was received faster than I expected and all of my shadows were intact.

The brushes came quickly, so I was happy there. As soon as I opened the box though, there was the gross smell of cheap cheap pleather thats been sitting in a closed warm container. Therefore, based on the cheap quality of the case, I was worried about the quality of the brushes. I was surprised by the softness of the brushes, and as a poor college student who can't currently afford to spend 0+ on makeup brushes, this will definitely do. I just wish the handles were black, red isn't really a favorite color of mine, but I'm sure I'll survive based on the necessities of needing an expensive set.

The ONLY bad thing is that it came with four broken eyeshadows, but out of 120? There's bound to be a few broken. I received my eye shadows today, they were ordered on Monday 7/19 and I got them on Wednesday 7/21. Evidently, there was some sort of mix-up with the color palettes...but it's all good. I originally wanted the "warm palette" but it costs a little more, and I noticed that it wasn't being sold or shipped through Amazon. Trying to save a couple bucks - I bought the "regular palette". However, I was still sent the "warm palette", like I said, "It's all good" - since I paid for the price of the "regular palette". Shadows are intact, no flaking/broken eye shadow pods, the packaging was totally secure (double wrapped). They're highly pigmented but you will have to use a primer/base unless you like walking around with creased eye shadow on your lids, then you're good :P And they smell nice too! :)
Overall, a pretty good buy, for the price.

I spent a few weeks trying to look for a very big palette. Many were either way too expensive or flimsy looking. When I came across this palette I thought it was just going to be another little cheap little plastic pan with lowly pigmented colors. Well boy was I wrong! I looked through many of the reviews and watched some people demonstrate it on youtube. With the great reviews and low price, I decided to just go for it. The shipping was at light speed. The package was marked fragile and was double warped with bubble wrap. You will be shocked to see how compact the palette actually is. But that just makes it way easier to take places. The outside look of the palette is very sleek. It catches finger prints but it's not a big problem. The two trays are very easy to separate. The colors are gorgeous! Both matte and shimmer shadows galore! And they are very pigmented. Especially if you use primer. I am just a beginner and I can create awesome looks with the palette. I would recommend addition 2 over 1 because this has more neutral colors witch are always a must. If you're thinking about buying this palette, don't have a doubt in your mind! You will love it.

I just purchased this for myself as a Christmas Gift, after failing to purchase the 24 eyeshadow palette from Sephora. So, I was searching for an eyeshadow pallette for awhile and came across this. I purchased this for the same about of money I would have paid for the Sephora palette, and you know what? It was one of the BEST purchases I have made regarding eyeshadow palettes!

There are so many looks you can create with this palette. Each shadow is about the size of a dime, I use an eyeshadow base with my make-up, however, with this shadow, you could go w/o the base(but im picky, so i use the base!)

I can see how some people could be sensitive/allergic to the ingredients since there is quite a bit. But for me, I did not have any problem with eyes watering/swelling/redness.

Shipping and handling? no complaints! arrived on time on the exspected date. all in one peice. no shadows were cracked. although the mirror was unglued when it arrived(but i use the one i have at home anyways! :) Also, it was wrapped in tons of bubble wrap! so it was well protected.

Overall, if you are looking to experiment with new looks or just wanting to try out new colors for any look for day time OR night time. this product is for you. I've even recommended it to a couple of my friends after they have seen it. it literally was love at first sight once i tore it out of the bubble wrap :) great buy and great price :)

I love this palette. Bh Cosmetics has a excellent quality and the customer's service is very very good.
When I received my palette two colors were broke. Imediately I called to BH Cosmetics explaining what happened and they apologized and sent me a new one.
I would like to say that I hate receive my products by UPS. The worst service in USA. I had two problems and my friends too.
