It last until your ready to take it off. Others come off before you even get off work or it gets greasy on your eyelids. Not this eyeshadow. My Hubby loves this eyeshadow on me, he says it brings out my eyes. Ladies just to let you know you don't need to buy primer to wear this beautiful eyeshadow which is such a plus. I'm so glad I purchased this kit. I have every color I need for every outfit plus shimmer. The best thing about this kit is that you only need jus a little bit. A little bit goes a long way.
